no im pretty sure they use it
i emailed them and they told me they look at it and take it into great consideration.
but i heard of someone few years ago who got in without it
.. so idk 100%

o ok yea im not sure about La trobe but i know everywhere else needs UMAT but the WA u dont need it i think coz my friend didnt even get a score for UMAT (below 20) and he still got into the one in WA.

What do you guys estimate the Pharm/Comm cutoffs to be for Monash?

Will a 97 ATAR and a 150 for UMAT cut it?

ummm im applying for la trobe pharmacy.. and i know theres and interview.. how does it all work? do i have to send in an application form for the interview or do they just let me know if i got a spot and go from there :S

if you don't have this info already, make sure you sent in that application form. i can't remember when the interviews took place though. i know some people that didn't need interviews who got just a 90/high 80, but i'm assuming they got in because those with higher scores who had to go through interviews decided to choose or accept another course offer (scrape ins?).

but yeah, our year's intake (2010) didn't look at UMAT.

you'd def be in with a 95+
communication skills is also good in the group interview, just don't be a suck up... it's embarrassing for all.
