Comparison of Countries is gunna be on it for sure yeah????

Not nessicarily. Last year's paper made no refference to any country, however it was highly likely that most students would have made refference to their country in the part where you have to criticaly analyse the effectiveness of our constitution- how do you criticaly analyse with nothing to compare it to? however this question was not asking for a direct comparison between the two countries, so theoreticly one could have achieved full marks for the question without making any reffernece to their country(s) of comparison... but I would say yes, it will almost definatley be on it.
Yeah Im 99% sure it'll be there..... Are there any other areas that are highly likely to be there??

They should most deffs have a question about the ealuation of either the parliament and courts or the Adversary/inquisitorial systems of trial!

and if you've noticed like for the last 2 years or so the extended reponse out of 10 have always been about "parliament as a lawmaker is effective in blah  blah" they somewhat just change the wording around!

NEVERTHELESS...... I was told this would be the hardest legal exam as it is the last syllabus! :O

I was told it would be the easiest legal exam because it's the last year of the study design... I don't think either of our sources were thinking logicaly at the time.

I hope that Law making through the courts vs. law making through parliament is one of the ten mark questions, I rape that shit (and I don't see how it could be on anything else). Every practice exam I have done, I have chosen the unit three question for the 10 mark... it's gotten to the point where I have had to force myself to do part B instead so that I learn the information.

Unit 3 has a lot less in it so its easier to analyse I guess....
I also always pick the Unit 3 question. Its always much easier.
I reckon VCAT jurisdiction will come up or something trippy like that, maybe family division of magistrates court.... something that noone remembers

Ended up with 99/100 in unit 4, still rank 1.
Can't be bothered with legal, it takes way more effort than my other subjects.
