Methods 3/4 2009 - mark ups

I was informed by some who received 36 raw in MM3/4, that it was marked up to 43.
Can anyone confirm that a 36 raw in 2009 went to 43? I know atarcalc says 42, but hard to trust that when people around you said it was marked up to 43.

The http://atarcalc.com/ should be correct, as it's been created from the 2009 data.

The Calc is only an estimation so its possible to be 43

38 was a high 43
39 was a low 44 so 36 was probably 42
