do u mean . online application?
or do u mean .. sent by mail written/typed application?

they should all send a confirmation email when you apply with a receipt.. at least they did to me :|

oone sent me emails except TISC and VTAC
SATAC sent me MAIL but not email.
Ive applied for QTAC and UAC aswell

well go to their webpages and see if you can login and change around preferences and if all info. is correct
and if it is, then it's definitely confirmed.
