... there is VU (VIC Uni - this weekend, which is free.)

Also there is:

  • TSFX (in a couple of weekends, I think.)
  • TSSM? I don't know if it has passed or not though.
  • There is one at Monash Uni, held by a guy who wrote one of the textbooks. - not sure when though.

I think you'll find most lectures and their dates via the internet... type in the name of the company or whatever holding the lecture.

Didn't go to any last year, but friends have said good things about Anthony Simmons

LOL. Didn't go to any, yet still managed 40... :P

I'm thinking of going to Anthony Simmons (he wrote the Cambridge Units 3 & 4 Textbook) - I think that's the one being held at Monash University.

Haha yeah i probably should have though, could have boosted my SS if i knew how important it was.

But i guess bottom line is, studying yourself and practicing isnt so bad, especially for accounting, where i believe high marks come from lots of practice and thorough understanding.

LOL is anyone here going to TSFX - Accounting lecture?

I'm going to TSFX on Thursday and Friday (2-day lecture)... mainly for the notes, which I hear are pretty good.

im going to the engage lecture but yea i went to legal one notes were rely good hope accounting notes are good too

It's short and cheaper. >.<

I wanted to go to this thursday and friday one, but i don't think i can afford to give away 2 days in this holiday. >.<
