Am I able to study IT Applications 3&4 AND IT Software Development 3&4 in Year 12, or do I have to choose one?!?!?

You can do both, just beware if you do any more than three IT related subjects only the highest three may count.

I did it. It's pretty much killing two birds with one stone - both subjects are inter-linked.

Well, you have to go and ask them I suppose. If you're hell bent on it you could do one at school and one via distance learning.
