cadetship with bluescope steel

thers a very good chance ill get the cadetship with bluescope steel for accounting but i was wandering if it was worth it considering this:

i have to do uni part time which means ill finish in 4 instead of 2 years.

however they do provide with 30K a year reimbursement, a 1.2K a week job offer upon graduation.

does a cadetship add much value if i wanted to work for another company after i graduate? is it worth all this time and effort?
