i just saw them today at uni and i was like nooo not this time of the year again...

i wish i just stole a sticker that said to get lost not interested lol

and their names aren't very appealing... something like left action and go! etc

is there any party that is libertarian type or are they all socialist?

or does no one care? also if you don't care do you say anything to them or do you just walk past them?

I always just look down, shake my head and keep walking.
If they really corner me, then I just say, "I already voted".

I know someone running for elections this year.
She's annoying and... slightly clingy.
Yet again, I won't be voting.

I was on the campus today. Wearing a suit = no-one harassing you = win. Learnt that one last year when I was working at Monash fairly often.

Pro tip... didn't think of that... seems to require a bit too much effort though.

OP, apparently 'Connect' is the most right wing party. Go! is fairly in the center but still focus on a lot of left wing issues that the majority of students care about (although may not be directly affected by). There is a party called 'Suit Up' :S How ridiculous.

The election is also getting pretty nasty. I heard from someone running how everyone has to like shut down their facebook pages because other people running troll their pages for stuff to use against them. One party is handing out (I think it was the students for Palestine party but I may be wrong) leaflets/'propaganda' haha of a girl's facebook status where she essentially said that Indians deserved to get bashed because they didn't know how to drive properly.

But yeah, I'd vote for a party that gave free parking. And free lunches. MSA has so much money and I really dont know what I'm getting out of it.

So true. They approached me. Changed the destination on my GPS. I deviated course. They still cornered me. Inescapable moment. Unbreathable. Looked above the sky. Absorbed oxygen. Looked back at their face and their moving lips. I spoke. Philosophical. The words of Mark Twain and Vladimir Mayakovsky. "I'll be irreproachably tender; not a man, but - a cloud in trousers." The monsters look bewildered and fuddled. The monsters run. Philosophy saves Daniel.
