Ranked 3rd is basically top A+ for SACs at MHS :P. Hmm 58-65 I would say anywhere from 44-50 or 45-50 considering this exam may pull down the average performance of the state (now that there are more 6-8 or 10 mark questions)

you're exactly right _avO, averages would be much lower this year.
I've got a same feeling for english as well.

However it isnt that hard to achieve a n A+ in bus man (touches wood, bites tongue.) so im fair happy :D

Hmmm I reckon it wont go past 52 for A+ cutoff
 - More 6/8/10 mark questions
 - Harder Motivation Theories
 - Less Time Per Mark

Only the top students are going to be able to accomplish those 3 factors, but once again, who knows how hard the exam will be!

Less time per mark is all in the head. I just did VCAA 2000-2007 in under an hour each with v. High scores. The first two points are the issue.

IMO I think the exam won't be hard at all, but rather longer. This is because it's the first year of the new study design and the assessors must get feedback from students (via results) before refining it to constitute all the newer concepts in the 2010-14 study design.

Yeah I've been thinking that as well. Will there be anything on AWAs? A cheeky contrast AWAs to Collectives?

Policy development: what is the best way to answer these questions?

How's this:

1. Establish Need
2. Research facts
3. Consult stakeholders
4. Draft
5. Share, gain feedback and revise
6. Distribute and implement
7.. Monitor

Yeah, that's good. Although I haven't done a practice exam yet that has asked for Policy Development

A+ in the exam (low-mid) which may be roughly 57-59/65
