Exam 1 - 38/40
Exam 2 - 75/80


This must mean that each of those 7 questions were singularities.
2009: Math methods: 50, Psychology: 44
2010: chem 47, further 48, Spesh 49 fml seriously and other yr 11 subs.
2011: Holidaying, screw school.

Perhaps you can't identify, but realizing that you made a mistake in a VCAA exam - but having to wait a month for your fears to be confirmed is a personal fail. :)

woww gud job.. assuming that uve done a couple of exams.. do u reckon vcaa exams r easier or the company ones (generally speaking) ?

woww gud job.. assuming that uve done a couple of exams.. do u reckon vcaa exams r easier or the company ones (generally speaking) ?

thanks :)   in theory, vcaa r harder.   but the other companies (neap, heffernan, etc) have small mistakes in their exams so that makes them somewhat 'harder'/annoying

This. VCAA exams are less 'messy', you can actually tell if you're going completely wrong, whereas with external companies... messy seems to be the only way get to the correct answer.

very true. tho some years the vcaa exams do get quite messy too. tho never as much as the external companies.

NEAP 2010 exam 1 last question is the most messy i've ever seen. you go through about 40 lines of intense working with subscripts and superscripts everywhere, only to end up with a 1 digit answer. Bad handwriting would incredibly detrimental to your study score if that was on a real exam... it was worth 6 marks or something

havent even done any vcaa exams yet. hoping they are easier than the other companies

best for exam 1 was 35/40 (happy with that i think)
exam 2: 70/80 =/

I think there's a point where one ceases to benefit from exam 1's... agree or disagree?

Happy with 35/40 and unhappy with 70/80? I don't get it :X
vce: english, methods, spesh, chemistry, physics, geography.
