i think the easiest prompts are the ones which explore the implications on people.

e.g.: Conflict is character building
Conflict is constructive and destructive
There are positive sides to conflict

but yea, nature of conflict is hard. Same with prompts such as:

"It is important to take sides in conflict."
Im doing that one now and boy i tell you it's tough!
