My dreams have been completely warped thanks to VCAA, they are completely bizarre and have absolutely no sense.

Something I find also helps in sleeping is having an early dinner, and not eating anything else, it will make you alot more drowsy. Then settledown in bed with a stack of papers, and just wait it out.

I plan to go for a huge run after dinner tonight so I'm sufficiently tired and hopefully hit the hay at 10ish.

Wow... I'm feeling the same way... Last year, I was pretty tense, but this year, I have a cbf attitude to everything. I'm gonna go to be at 7pm. Can't be bothered to stay up and think about nothing.

You don't want to sleep too long-might feel groggy. Apparently Buddhists say 6 hours is perfect for a day of action! Any more and you start too feel lethargic haha.

Yeah I have kind of given up for english, I really haven't cared at all about it in the last week. I cared so much more for mid-years. It's pretty stupid too because If I get a good english score then it'll boost my enter so much more than any other subject.
