anyone else to 'year of wonders', it did the 2nd question, seemed straightforward enough.

I did the same
I spoke abotu first how fear changed anna - this was a positive change
2nd para - how michael changed for - his beliefs like what he did and everything he asked for the village was wrong towards the end after elinor died
3rd para - how fear was in everyone in the village as they started to turn on each

lol my essay was basically exactly the same, although i had Mompellion last.  :D :D :D

I added emphasis more on the WE YOU and YOUR around the top half of the 2nd page in LA, i thought that was pretty important...

Yeah, it was VERY distinct on the page, I think that most people would have picked up on it.

Is it bad that that was the only part where I talked about inclusive language? =\

as much as i noticed it, the adrenaline made me forget it, so now i feel even worse.

My comments are this:

- Examiners spoke 10 minutes into reading time (no exaggeration)
- I found the Maestro prompt easy, although i left it last and ran out of time.
- Language analysis.. wtf VCAA?

last year, technology, before that, a coach writes a letter... all basic easy things.. this year? BIODIVERSITY SPEECH DELIVERED AT A CONFERENCE? ARE U SRS!?

i found it difficult... limited reading time, complexity of the actual background info, WTF WAS THE TITLE ABOUT?

i overused the words emphasized, heighten, stress and fucked up the words "affect" and "effect."

did not read over anything, argh FML

Nice. I just thought maybe it is vital? It is fairly active in the persuading the audience but as you said is a fairly stock-standard technique. Eh, okay.

EDIT:

did not read over anything, argh FML

I ran out of time too - a result of having the worst exam technique ever and doing too much analysis on the start of the transcript, then having to continue over-time as there are too many 'vital' points left to discuss...

Indeed, FML.

what you you guys this will lose a mark. Two mates were arguing after the exam. Not including the first LA visual, leaving the writers name out completely.

The first visual probably ISNT worth that much
if you have good content then i doubt it.

The persons name is pretty important I THOUGHT ANYWAY

osjkiosijdiajod

What that it was asian sounding? I said that because he is likely to be asian is probably why he chose to make his speech in Japan. And that 'affluenza' was his poor engrish skills working in :/

Indeed, FML.

It kinda was vital. It was probably his most reoccurring technique and the emphasis on the 'you' and such was kinda obvious.
