Affluenza = Affluence + Influenza

I said it was indicative of the symptomatic culture of extreme wealth and greed, poisoning the environment. And then a whole spiel on how this instills a sense of 'collective guilt' in the listeners. . . . ya

Chillax = Chill + relax. The author uses a calming technique to assuage the forum to clam the **** down.

It's a portmanteau of affluence (abundance or wealth) and influenza (A disease - the flu). I haven't seen the actually text yet, but I'm guessing the speaker is talking about an obsession with wealth?

affluenza is an economics term. its when one's unending quest for material goods/services affect him detrimentally (in a nutshell).
