Hard or not?

I felt business was hard -- simple and compound interest questions!

business was the easiest thing i have ever done.
what did u get for simple and compound.
i got $920 interest p.a for simple
and 7.2%p.a for the compounding question.
what did u get for them 2

ok the graph was an exellent question. The only tricky thing about it was the lats question where its 104+9*12

business was the easiest thing i have ever done.

i got $920 interest p.a for simple
and 7.2%p.a for the compounding question.

That question about the equation for rate... :s what did you guys put? I know my answer was 7.6% or something because I used numeric solver on my calculator.

15 years?
24000 in the end
compounding annually

on my calc it still says 7.5989624725 etc etc
which to one decimal place is 7.6....

what about the question before that about finding an equation to solve rate in compound interest?

i had 7.x it may be .2 or .6

Did the same as you guys, was a last minute addition to make it $920. Then realised it was simple so it made sense.
Stupid VCAA and the perpetuity question, they almost fooled me :P
