and for anyone who does business, for 2 markers do you have to put n=
pv=
pmt=
fv=
were there any questions this year where you had to do that to get full marks?

Hmm, Pretty sure it was a positive residual?

ohk, so if i wrote that the error is 34148-34900=-852
and then that it is 2.15% below the actual value, would i get both marks for that?

question? do you know for the dinosaur matrix questions? were they asking for what happened in the long term? but the square matrix wawasnt a transition matrix? and i assumed that in the long term there would be more and more people visiting so i worte that in a sentence....is that what they wanted to hear

and the linear regression line...i had no idea what i was thinking. residual didnt even come across my mind....

Core:
Q1 A 50%
Q1 B 28,56,17 ( i heard 17 was wrong!  :( )
Q1 C just put the 6 next to the 1 in the thing they gave you
Q1 D because this data is symmetrical

Why is 17 wrong?

Long term for the first question was an increasing trend and for the second question was a decreasing trend

For the 'residual' question couldn't you say that it underestimated by however much it was (I can't remember)?

For the reason why median and mean is appropraite ?

can it be because of outliers and ho if there were outliers the mean and median will be e\affected by extreme values?

i said:
outliers cause the man to be an unreliable measure of the distribtuions centre, and since this data contains no outliers both mean and median r relaible..

for one mark i rlly hope that's ok, even though they were looking perhaps for the word 'symmetrical'...

if it was two marks they were probally looking for symmetrical and outliers
but it was only one mark so one or the other should suffice
obviously assuming you explained why the lack of outliers made them both reliable
cause really, if it was symmetrical but had an outlier it wouldnt be appropriate to use both
so you could deem it to be the outliers that are influential as to which to use, which is true
