i believe when it asks for proportion generally you'd write 1/2 or 0.5 but in many examiner reports, ive seen that they also say in these types of questions "50% were also acceptable"

I wrote my working out as 11/22=1/2=0.5. I hope they don't take marks off me because I had written all three there :S

I put "0.5 or 50%".

They are the same. Saying "50% of the data" and "half of the data" is exactly the same!!!!

50 per cent...means 50 per 100=50/100 which is 0.5

Don't worry they're both acceptable.
