d)max 18 min17
don't max/min have to occur at the vertices of the boundary? they existed only at x=16, x=18, but not at 17 la.

Min is not 16, coz they need to travel for 24 hours, and they only have 7 hours of petrol, thus, 24-16 = 8 hours of petrol needed which is not possible.

They effectively introduced 2 more constraints to the problem, x <= 20 and y<= 7

Can someone help me out with matrices last question, I mucked it up... hopefully someone will have it still in their calculators(the values) and can help explain it...

Also, for GRAPHS & RELATIONS, Question 2.d) Are you 100% sure its $7.92?, I got $10.64
I believe life is constantly testing us for our level of commitment and life's greatest rewards are reserved for those who show a never-ending commitment to act until they achieve. This level of resolve can move mountains, but it must be constant and consistent. As simplistic as this may sound, this is still the common denominator that separates those who live their dreams to those who live in regret.

I got something different, like 92 eggs.... but I'm assuming its wrong because people were telling me somethin like 1xx

damn that graphs and relations, what was it asking again question 2.d) they gave you average speed of 80km/h and you had to sub it into the equation and you would get the amount of gas, from which you times that amount of gas by 80 cents?
