"Will aversion therapy as an explanation get you marks in the question where you have to explain what will remove that chicks fear of spiders? I know some people said system desensitation, but that didnt come to my mind?

"I'm surprised nobody mentioned about the MC question which I thought only 10% of the state would get right. It was something about max the dog and its owner when he entered the laundry to open can of food so dog would run around in circles, then it was like the 2nd question about that scenario where the owner moved the dog outside so something like the dog did not run around anymore or something. It was like A: extinction which I initially thought but then I changed it to D: unconditioned behaviour because the location of the dog was changed, which was not extinction. My explanation isn't really good but can anyone who has the paper write the question for us?"

What are your thoughts on this guys?

I'm sorry but it was variable interval for the surfer ( I think :S). I checked it with my teacher who was really confident about it.

THink about it. The surfer can be reinforced without having to do anything. He just sits there. He just needs to wait for the right time.

Variable ratio means the person must have do something to get the reinforcement.

do u know if any chance of partial being right?

Well I had extinction, I don't remember now but didn't the dog not run around in circles
after a period of time?

Umm they are normally quite specific with schedules, so I wouldn't think so. But who knows, you could get lucky :)

Why would she WANT to forget the contents of the speech? That made me eliminate that answer. I put age related memory decline as this was kinda an episodic type thing and elderly can have difficulty forming new memories. A and B were obviously wrong because she was a "healthy" person.
