I think we just need to know the basics in

Cardio

Muscular

Respiratory

Vascular

*and especially know the differences between Vascular and Cardio since the ability to separate and distinguish these two is tested every year
2010: English - Math Methods - PE - Physics - Business Management - LOTE

LEGIT - Finished senior high school year twice in 2010. :D
Don't ever do VCE without Year 11 and missing one Sem of Year 12. Believe me its quite a pain.

*2011: UoM Commerce (WISHING) but most probably Science :D WOOOO COMMERCE!!

Yeah vascular = circulatory. You have to be able to explain how each adaptation enhances performance.

What do you mean by training programs? You will need to know sets/reps/weight(% of 1RM) for strength, endurance and power training. As well as work:rest ratios for sprint interval training. And you don't need to know specific norms however make sure you're not completely oblivious to them (e.g. know that level 13 is an excellent beep test score)

Cardio - relating to the heart (stroke volume, cardiac output, heart rate, blood pressure etc).

Vascular - "circulatory" like I said (e.g. capillarisation of skeletal muscle, blood volume, haemoglobin and red blood cells).

what would you say would be %1RM for strength, power, endurance,
because its different in every text/notes ive seen
my understanding is
POWER - 50-70%, 4-12 reps, 3-5 sets
STRENGTH -80 - 95%, 2-6 reps, 3-8 sets
ENDURANCE - 40-60%, 15+ reps, 2-4 sets

Generally:

Power: High Load, Low reps
Strength: Higher load, Lower Reps
Endurance: Low Load, High Reps

You're just about spot-on....except reps for strength is more like 2-4 rather than 2-6. And %1RM for power is technically 30-80%.
