what happened if you do really crap in SAC?

I mean lets say you didnt try in the sac right, and you get around 75-80%
and the oral 6/10
is there still a chance to get above 40? if you aced the final exam??

well i did 1 pretty bad got like 70% for it
other time are around 80-90%
but i havent got my oral exam result yet so i cant guaratee that i will get 6/10
so is there still a chance to get above 35+ raw? if i do good on the final exam?
coz apparently i heard the final exam boost your sac mark, i dunno if that right
