Does Exam 2 count for more than Exam 1 in weighting?
Or are the 2 scores just added together to be out of 120?

Exam 1 = 22% Exam 2 = 44% but exam two has twice as many marks.. so each mark is roughly weighted the same.

Not necessarily. Chances are other people screwed up too, especially in this year's more challenging exams.

Can i still get 30 with these scores:
Sacs: high 60s in a strong cohort
Exam 1: totally failed i think 10-15/40
Exam 2: pretty sure i should get at least 45/80.

I think LFTM was referring to the weight of both exams to your methods study score (i.e. exam 1 contributes 22% of the SS, exam 2 contributes 44% and SACs contribute 33%)

To answer your question, if you were to get those marks you would probably get ~25-26
