To be brutally honest, you're awesome Exam 2 mark (relative to the state) probably saves you from the Exam 1 mark
I'd say ~37-39 - if the state did really badly, it might even crack 40 :)

sacs wont have too detrimental an effect with your incredible exam 2 score...

the 36 could hurt, will probably be a low A+, the 75 will save you though, it'll be a mid-high A+...
45-47 is about where ur looking...

These were similar to my results last year. The SAC marks may bring you down though :(
Nevertheless, considering the difficulty of the exam, I'd say ~48
