Given there were 2 lines given for each, it clearly wasn't the adult guidelines, as they would take up about 3 words (5-7 days, 30mins or more, etc etc). So I put the 4 guidelines; think of movement as an opportunity etc.

The adult guidelines actually have four components to them (at our school we got given the brochures), they are:

- Think of exercise as an opportunity not an inconvenience
- Be active everyday in as many ways as you can
- Accumulate 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise on most if not all days of the week
- If you can, for extra fitness gains participate in 30 minutes of vigorous activity 3 times a week

I dont have the brochures with me so the order of the first two might be switched around and the wording might not be word for word but thats basically the information it was asking for i'm pretty sure... well I hope so cause thats what I put.

Hope that helps  :)

But the actual guidelines (think of movement as an opportunity etc) are set out for adults too. FITT principles aren't correct for that question although I have a feeling they will be accepted this year as an answer because VCAA just can't write exams properly.
