but policy is also providing oppurtunites to be active, because policy is defined as formal rules, and allowing oppurtunites to be active is an informal rule wouldnt it be?
Not only is policy a formal rule, but it can be any rule by a legislative body (government) or organisation (school or company) therefore it falls under policy.

yeah it was D.
a policy is designating allocated play spaces, as a rule that states where you must play.

anyone have any idea about the economy question?
was it to do with VO2 or energy expenditure?

I said energy expenditure. Running economy is related to lowering energy expenditure.

Ye, as it was relating to the energy at that speed specifically, then economy was the best answer you would think
