Changing preference

I know that the very late open date is 29th nov to 10th december, but i was wondering Do i have to pay extra just to change and add preference??
I saw on vtac register(VERY LATE) its 108$, does that apply to students who already register and just wanting to change and add preference??

I thought changing preferences was closed until Change of Preference period.  Or can you still change your preferences?

You have to wait until the change of preference period which is (I think) November 30th to December 20th, and its free there's no cost (that is, if you have applied)

Phew, After doing that literature exam I am going to have to change a few of my courses around :(
