I really want a hard exam, not with things to catch you out or trick you, something thats really going to test your knowledge, means a lower range :D

Questions 6 was my only struggle on the 2007 exam. I always thought that if you were sent a court summons you must attend at the court listed on the summons. According to the answers he has a choice. Hmmmmmmm!
not if the court is wrongly listed, also the 2007 a+ cutoff was 49.5, so yea, I think in some other year it was even less. Mad Pacino dp btw.

I thought he had a choice because it was being heard summarily in the Magistrates court

I finished on time, 15 minutes to go with about 80% correct. Wtf?
