I wrote that because there'd be no validation (it's text), there'd be no way of stopping people from misreading the form and entering something completely unrelated.

I wrote the same, but I also added that due to this people could input 9 or more tickets (the max was 8 in the case brief).

yeah i dont understand that either, couldn't someone hack unauthorized files via there own computer in a completely different location. therefore they wouldnt physically have to enter the building therefore they wouldnt be on cctv?? strange

but i guess in the question it is The 'best equipment' to detect unauthorized access!

yeah i thought for the 2 mark questions they only had a couple of lines where i needed really 4 or 5 lines to express my opinion properly
