A+ cut off was 67.5/90 last year guys, so you could drop 22.5 marks and still get the lowest A+.

Bare in mind though this subject scales terribly.

I got High A A A
for u3 sacs, u4sacs and exams for software last year, 37 raw but only 34 scaled

VPN’s allow users to communicate and share resources as if in a Local Area Nework,
however due to the fact they use the Internet is a medium of communication they are
more open to security threats.

My scores are.
Low B+, B+, hopeful for a Mid-High A+

I said it was slower then a normal connection because it was using public communications channels, and it was into remote areas. Is this right?

Lol I thought they provided closed and limited access, so it's secure? Was on one of the past exams.

Who really cares, IT must be the dodgiest VCE subject i'll ever do. The questions are written by FOBs, my teacher is an arabian demon and I hate my cohort.

It was a weird exam overall I felt. Not too hard, but certainly a decrease in the number of 'pure theory' questions (i.e. state this, list that). Also, I was surprised there was NO questions on any of the legal stuff, like the Acts. It was mostly ethics which i felt was strange....... smart boss though, for charging people based on income... not so good ethically though hahahaha  :-\

I've seen this statement before, but I'd be pissed if this is a correct response. A VPN is not a necessity to 'virtual team' shit. So by your statement any WAN traffic is insecure. My disadvantage was that a VPN required either specialist software or hardware, which will infer cost.

It's specific to VPN's, and also true. Even though there are plenty of free solutions... they ignore OpenOffice etc so they probably don't like FOSS anyway.

Scoota.
