@ sajib_mostofa

no probs :) good luck on friday!!

You too mate. Just one final Q, when you say that NAB managers should create the goal of "at least 5 hours doing community work per month", is that something that YOU have suggested or is it something that NAB are actually doing?

I said, "Managers at NAB should create...".. So yeah, basically I'm the person suggesting what they should do in order to create short term wins. NAB are actually doing this staff volunteer thing, but that bit you quoted.. I made it up. I could probably find something better to put in instead of that if I looked in the article harder.. but yeah late at night :p

Its like how in the skills/roles questions, I suggest what they should do in order to... do whatever. But check with your teacher anyway

The company earnest and young something similar to this community service and socially responsible practise, in that EY offers the employees 1 days full paid work at a community project, either planting trees, helping the homeless etc

This is a real example is one of the reasons why EY is an employer of choice

While we're on the topic of the big 4, PWC also encourages community service (3 work days a year, paid) as well as sells fair trade coffee, and 30% of the sales goes to charities
