Probs you'll be closer to 36, 38-40 is hard to broach without two solid A+s
Have you looked on the study score calculator?

SACs count for sh1t, really. They'll depend on the marks the rest of your class gets on these exams too.
And again, without a high A+ on your exam one you will be pushing it for above 40, which is a bit sad =c

Nah I think 40+ is more than likely. For methods last year I got A+ sacs, A for exam 1 (borderline) and A+ exam 2 and picked up 42.
Specialist [41], Methods [42], English [44], Chemistry [45], Physics [46], IT Applications [47], Further [48]
2010 ATAR: 99.45, congrats to the VCENotes class of 2010 :)
2011: Commerce/Engineering@Monash. Keen to tutor VCE students next year in any of the above subjects except English and IT, feel free to shoot me a PM if you have any questions relating to those subjects, probably won't be on this site often now, but PMs go to my email.

Yep agree.

These are the rough calculations I do:
- SACs ignore somewhat because not enough info is known about school, average SAC mark, etc
- A+ is usually the top 9-12%.
- 40+ is top 8%
- Percentage of students tapers towards 50
- Use that to determine a rough SS
