for the n=4 to n=2 isnt there 2 arrows
cause they said something abbout 2... so n=4 to n=3 then n=3 to n=2 ?

Nah they said a transition between two energy levels so from one energy level to another I'm pretty sure.

its possible, say A+ cut off is about 83 - 84 you may get an A

How did you draw it then?
Because you can't just leave the end of the second element unattached (assuming you just drew a vertical line connecting the two). The circuit would not be complete.
