I thought this could help people who want some last minute things to go over.
I'll start. Market share on TSSM 2010. Didn't think it was a big part of the course :o

Yea that was weird, they even had a PI question later on worth 4 marks (6 marks just for PI's wtf?)

Role of an employer association (Insight 2010). Couldn't really answer this for 2 marks until I had a look at the solutions

How would you explain the last one? 'Internal and External factors researched through Human resource planning. '
EDIT: I'm thinking about consumers? Demand & Supply.. or change in laws / technologies (robotics instead of humans) can affect HRP, as well as the task itself (skills required) etc

HRM need to account for the internal and external factors when forcasting the demand for employees.
Internal factors include possible changes in production, planned expansions, planned outsourcing eg that will indicate a need / surplus of human resources.
External factors eg Economic changes , changes in employee relations.

Ahh so basically any factor (be it competitors, laws, technology, management, productivity). You can skew these factors and make anything out of it (like this question)

whut...
is it that transactional are the older style of leaders who give you something in return for doing work whereas transformational inspire you to do it? Managers V Leaders?

transactional leaders aim to motivate employees through incentives eg bonuses whereas transformational leaders attempt to empower employees as a way to motivate them.
