Hello! Just wondering if anyone is doing the food tech exam on monday? it doesn't seem a lot of people are haha. its my last exam whoohoo

i am :) cant wait for 10.26am tomorrow when i'm finally free!!! i thought it'd be great having a week break between this exam and my last one but it sucks!!

To be honest, i really haven't studied! lol, i've been so caught up with my other exams :/
i plan to do hardcore studying tonight haha

haha me too!!! but meh, it's all common sense stuff (plus i love my food :P) so we'll both be fine :)

Ahh it is over!! exams are over!!! how did you find food tech?
I thought it was a pretty good exam! I stuggled with the question about the wet and dry methods of cooking... lol i kinda didn't revise that well lol =D

no worries.. hope you both did well :)

i answered everything... with about two minutes to spare :P i think the questions were relatively easy but there was quite a lot of parts to each question. but at the moment i couldn't care less because WE ARE FINISHED SCHOOL FOREVER!!!!!!! WWWOOOOOOOOOOOHHHOOOOOOOOOOO :D :D :D

but it sucks that we have a whole month to wait til we get our results! i dreamt about getting them last night at like ten different times and the ATAR was different every time!!  :-\

oh btw what did you end up putting for the wet/dry methods?? (i did baking and simmering)

I put cooking the onions was the dry method
and baking the pie is the wet

My reasons why they were these methods were soo bad! i was like 'its this cause there is no blah blah blah' (I rambled)

haha i dont think they are exactly right :P but maybe your justifications will get you one point?!

yeah it's already been a few days since our last exam and it has only just sunken in today that we've finished!!! (i think the graduation last night was a good reality check!)
