so some people can actually get results before 7am?

Usually school principals will get the results before the students. I guess that would be one way from finding out, however I doubt it, I don't think they can say anyway?
Ancient Persian Proverb; " I Wept because i had no Shoes, until i saw a man with no feet!"

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out --
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me -- and there was no one left to speak for me.

My friend received the SMS at 6:50 last year. So yes, sometimes the results do get released a bit earlier.

They have to stagger it, contacting 45,000 students all at once is too much for their system. Same reason the vcaa website will crash and not load when you try to log on

Um. Probably high 30s or low 40s . . Though I'm not sure of the competition in Turkish for VCE. A weak state cohort could bring your mark up.
