You know. It may possibly be off since it's LOTE, and the people that are ranked higher than you can influence it.
But giving a range, I'd say 38-42.

:O wouldn't a 40 raw scale to like... a lot? Don't repeat it! Also, if you want to try and get a very good prediction (because languages are shithard to estimate in my opinion) try mao's s.s. calculator. It's stickied in the Atar Technical Discussion Board.

I think you're estimate is prety close- 38-42ish... that sort of range.

scaling report says that too... at first I thought it might not take into consideration the +5 that all lotes get, but French is going up by 12, so it must. That sucks man.
