Anybody here do pretty average in year 11 for their 3/4? :|

I might get 39-43, definantly repeating :(
why repeat?? if you are aiming for 40+ in your other subjects then they will probably score higher than this one, which can be your 5th or 6th subject

I agree.  Only repeat if it is a prerequisite or possible middle band subject.

Its my day to day language at home, Turkish. I might get higher, my SAC average was 81% and my cohort was very strong. I was ranked 10/24. So Im not exactly sure what I will get, thus shitting bricks enough to build a couple of houses.

I hope I get 43+ to not redo it. If I do end up re-doing it Ill prob get like 45-47. Leaving me to study hard for Further and Methods. A 30 in English is enough to get me a 90-95, for Aerospace Eng. or BoS.

well if you believe that you can score 46~ then go for it because that is the +4 or so aggregate points you would get if it were your 6th... but i'd still stick with a 39-43, that is a very good score

Think again about repeating - you said you would get a 45 to 47 (with less effort/work), which would leave you more time to focus on other subjects?

If you intend to repeat the subject, you need to put some effort into it too.

IMO as I said before (a while ago) - I don't think there is any point in repeating a subject. If you've already done it once, it's likely to be your best score.

If you were to do a subject again, you'd be bored in class having already learnt all the content - which may lead to slacking off, laziness etc. As you said, you're aiming somewhere between 39~43 this year for Turkish, which IMO is a decent enough score in Year 11 going onto Year 12. As people have already pointed out, you might as well move on and save time else where - for other subjects.

That's just me, obviously it's your choice etc. Best of Luck with whatever you decide to do.

I said I think Ill be getting 39-43, thats horrible. The amount of effort I put in. I get held back by a crap SAC mark 81% <- FFS. I rage everytime I remember it.

I was aiming 45-47. I donno for now.. I gotta wait till Monday.

What do you guys reckon I can achieve. For those who have done a LOTE subject, theres prob around 250-300 students in Victoria lol.

well you are ranked 10/24 in a supposedly strong cohort, so your sac marks shouldnt matter too much, as long as your cohort performs well.

Im afraid that I wont be that good in my other subjects, therefore i am planning to do very well in this so I can be abit more confident than I got a high 40.

Im going to try and push for a 50 in Further ( Parents think its impossible :( ) and a 42 in Methods ( Will come if I study HARD ).
