Sometimes I procrastinate on VN/AN - read random posts etc, though most of time I'm able to study while on this website. :P

I'd be ecstatic with anything 40+ for Legal Studies

I've uploaded my unit 1 and 2 notes on the main Notes site.

However seeing as there is a lot of crossover, I'll attach them here too and you can have a read if you missed out on something in the course.

Solid notes. I've kept my notes as well, in case for future reference. Though at my school, we didn't cover the minor courts in great detail (i.e. Koori court, Coroner's court etc), so I'll have a read of that.

I don't think we have to learn the jurisdiction in detail of the minor courts like the Koori, Coroner's, Children's (Etc.) Courts, do we?

I don't think so. It's really the Magistrates', County, Supreme, Court of Appeal and High Court that we need to know. Don't take my word for it though.

In addition to Burberry's notes, I'll upload mine - though they're only Unit 2 notes, I didn't type up my Unit 1 notes. I wouldn't say my notes go into great depth, though they're sufficient in case any of you haven't done Legal Studies 1/2 or need refreshing.
