Ahh what's attracting you to Materials? I only read the unit descriptions briefly. And what are you planning to major in with Comm?

Materials has alot of chemistry in application from what I understand, and they are required in heaps of different industries

commerce I'm thinking majoring in Economics or Management.

think it's possible to get in with a 90.4? clearly in is 92 but fringe is like 90.2..... don't have any extra points for spec/chem either.

You do have a chance, but I wouldn't rely on getting in. Leave it as your first preference, if it is truly the course you want to do. But devise a back-up plan in case things don't go your way..

I'm going to put Aerospace Engineering/ Science as my first pref. ;D
2009/2010: Mathematical Methods(non-CAS) ; Business Management | English ; Literature - Physics ; Chemistry - Specialist Mathematics ; MUEP Maths

96.85

2011-2015: Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering and Bachelor of Science, Monash University

2015-____: To infinity and beyond.

I think if you have done well in chem/methods (above 35, preferably above 40), and also above 38 ish in the GAT for science, you should get in

Don't you need to have done Methods and two of Chem, Physics or Spesh in order to get extra points in the middle band?
