n(Cl-)=2n(NiCl2)=13.4/M(NiCl2)

n(NiCl2)= 13.4g/129.71gmol-1
n(NiCl2)=0.103mol
n(Cl-) = 2 x n(NiCl2) =0.207 mol
N(Cl-) = n(Cl-) * avagadros constant
N(Cl-)= 0.207 mol * 6.023 * 10^23
N(Cl-)=1.24*10^23 Cl- ions
