Hey so just curious in the answer to

What do you perceive as a good result? What are you satisfied with?

like 50+, 60+, 70+, 80+, 90+?

Personally i think a good result is 70+, obviously its subjective depending on the goals one has with university.

really depends on the subject, for me, if it's maths probably around 90+ if it's commerce subjects then 80+ would be good

its subjective depending on one's goal with the subject imo.

like for a subject i know upside down and backwards before i even start it, anything <100 i would be a little disappointed with.

a subject i struggle with all semester, 60+ would be sigh :( oh well 70+ would be meh "phew", 80+ would be awesome

and for the subjects in between i would guess that 75+ would be good but not great 80+ happy and 90+ WOOOOOOOOOOOO

Anything that doesn't ruin my GPA (80+), although 90+ would be nice.

We get a numerical score for our overall first and second year mark which goes by the HD, D, C etc system. We get individual assessment scores as well which come with quartile rankings, but these get scaled to give the first and second year score. At the end of first year though, we don't actually get a pass or fail; we get a withheld. Everything comes down to that first and second year combined grade.

A shocking result: A fail.
A good result:  Anything that doesn't make my average do down.
An excellent result: Anything that makes my average goes up.

for law, anything above 80 i'm very happy with. for science, 85+ i have absolutely no issues with (but really what's the point, as long as it's above 80?) - with the exception of stats - i was rapt to get 81 XD
