Question about DerrickHa and Jacks notes?

Do they make a totally new book each year or do they just add onto their past book? Because I might be getting Jack Notes and DerrickHa 2009 so Im not quite sure.

I'd assume they would add to it to fix mistakes as well as putting in questions from 2010.

I know DH makes a new book each year, as Burberry said, they need to add new theory based on the previous years exam

Do you need it? Don't go for the sake of it, spend money elsewhere on books, notes, etc if that is the case...

Like most places, they would just add to their previous year. What's the point in rewriting the entire thing? Just because it's rewritten doesn't make it better. I'm sure they'd rather refine what they previously have made instead. As for getting the '09 versions, since the courses haven't changed, I doubt any significant changes will be made. Sure, they might add a bit more revise some sections and put more emphasis on things such as geometry due to the 'Cone of Death' but you'll probably come across these in your own study anyway. If you can get the old versions for cheap, I don't see why not.
