This is the first year we have ATAR and we have expected that it will be a couple of points higher than ENTER.
The question is if you take some VCE exams in other years, your result slip tomorrow should also show your raw scores scaled up by a couple of points.
How does VTAC ensures this happens?

Aggregate is made with your scaled scores.
RAW --> SCALED ---> Aggregate (by adding them all together) ----> ATAR (by where your aggregate is in regards to everyone else's aggregarte)

Doesn't really matter for year 12s, as we are given our exact scaled scores anyway.

shit, so does this mean that this year is a smarter year the 09? or maybe scaling for subjects has increased so many aggregates have increased?
