I can nae believe no one on VN can hack that.

Would get my dad being a software engineer to do it, but he'll say it's immoral bla bla bla.

Your dad is a software engineer, world class physicist, vce physics tutor, and potential hacker.

How can I be like him????
vce: english, methods, spesh, chemistry, physics, geography.

LOL, he's not a VCE physics tutor. I concede defeat in the argument we had about that being inappropriate. I was hot-headed and you win that, i was in the wrong.

Wait u guys- the 2010 report has gone down not up...
to get 99.90 needed aggregate of 209.0 (2009 report) BUT in 2010 you need an aggregate of 207.9 to get the same score of 99.90!
That means that the SS for most are lower as exams were more difficult...isn't that good news!!

Wait... so this year's cohort are likely to get a slightly higher scores?
I've been freaking out for ten minutes on this table and estimated aggregate!

It is all fkd up.  At the very high end, like 99.5+, it has gotten easier, but around the 90 mark has gotten harder.

My theory (which I've been sprouting to some time now for people like appianway!) is that there are a lot more people in the 2010 cohort who are capable of getting a number of high scores to get in the 205ish aggregate ranges, but far less who are going to ace all their subjects and get 209+ aggregates - so I don't think spesh scaling has gone down much, if at all.  Just my theory, anyway!
