Hopefully none, possibly half an hour depending if we need to take the database offline while we make the changes.

The chat would be unaffected though. It can be accessed from external clients (not bound to the VN servers) at any time via any irc clients.

There shouldn't be any downtime.

All he has to do is go to the admin cp, and move Sweet Nothings from the Archive to OGD, and permit posting. Standard protocol.
