I'm considering investing a little money to get 99.95.. It would actually provide return in the first year, given that you get a $6000 scholarship and fee exemption.

With this, your potential is only limited by your chequebook. I see it as a noble extension of VNs purpose. This forum attempts to bridge the socio economic gap. This service bridges the intellectual gap; people's scores are no longer restricted by their IQ. Bad exam performances can be atoned for - this helps those intelligent students who just had a bad day.

On the top of the list for improvements to this service, I think, is government subsidy. That will truly help to level the playing field of VCE.
