What you brought up in the first thread was irrelevant to the OP's question, which had already been answered (yes in the study design, no not very often appears in exams). Locking it was the correct decision.
The 2nd thread is regarding a specific modulus question and therefore has not yet gone off topic / still has aspects which have not been answered.
Also, I love how you say "someone has pointed out the mod's inconsistency".
1) What inconsistency? Mods are allowed to make mistakes. The moderation decision itself is correct.
2) "Someone" lol. Why bother using a different account and then thanking...yourself? If you are so sure you are right next time, you shouldn't need to go signing into another account to make it look like you have supporters.
