I do offer Tamil SLA tutoring, but I can't guarantee it will be of the quality which I can provide for Chinese.

depends on that A+ on exam.
get a high one ..and ur in 45+ territory

It isn't possible to get 38+ in English with high B+ sacs since the SACs are worth a lot right?

what you get for your sacs at school are not an accurate reflection of what you will really get. there are some (private) schools which give their "best" students really high sac grades ,making them overconfident about their subject, and then they flunk the exam  bringing every single person in their class down.
