I'll try lol

Those are some wicked rankings, do you have a strong cohort?

Further: probs 48-50 (depending on difficulty of exams)
Chemistry: 44-46
Accounting: 47+
English: depends on cohort strength. MHS/MacRob/elite private school may be 42+, otherwise the B average could lower that SS

I go to Mac. Rob, so that's pretty strong as a cohort. Thanks so much for your predictions!

Since you go to Mac. Rob

Awesome! My love for VCEnotes knows no bounds. Can you PLEASE predict for me too?

Further Maths
SACs: A+ (~ 100%), rank 1
Exam 1: A+ (hopefully 100%)
Exam 2: A+ (98% +)

49 - 50

Chemistry
SACs: A+ (~95%), rank 1-4
Exam 1: A+, 65.5/73, rank 1 on unit 3 SACs
Exam 2: A+, 65+/73 (hopefully)

43+

Accounting:
SACs: A+ (~97%), rank 1-3
Exam 1: A+, 85.5/90
Exam 2: A+, (85+/90 hopefully)

43+

English
SACs: ~B average, ranked around middle of the cohort.
Exam: A+ (crosses fingers)

Thanks heaps! =)

Potential to get 45+

with those marks you should get into the 98's 99's pretty easily. The fact that you go to Victoria's BEST school and are achieving those marks means you'll get a really good ENTER.

ok new scenario:

business sacs are all out the way so:

GA1: A+ (95/100)
GA2: A+ (100/100)
GA3: A+ (MID RANGE)

history revolutions:

GA1: A+ (98/100)
GA2: A+ (95/100 at least hopefully)
GA3: A+ (LOW RANGE)

(in relation to ilovemathsmeth's scores) 65.5/73 for this year's chem exam...I think that that's heading towards 45ish. What do other people think? Because 57 was the cutoff right so ilovemathsmeth exceeded it by 8.5.

(Btw QuantumJG I'm not trying to argue with you lol so please don't take it that way, I just want an idea of what people think in regards to what sort of scores land you where in the chem exam)

is the 'cohort' just your school or everyone in the state doing the same subject

Generally the term cohort is used to refer to the people in your school doing the subject with you, or it includes other schools sometimes when you cross mark because you have less than 5 students, or if you are doing a subject via Distance Education  it is everyone doing that subject through that school.
Your cohort strength determines your SAC moderation.

It can also mean the whole state though it is not used in that manner often.

What do you think I would get for Bio:

SACs: 96%
Exam 1: A+ (not sure of the low, mid, high because I don't have the statement of marks)
Exam 2: A+ (high)
2009: Biology 45
2010: Methods, Specialist, English, Chemistry, PE
