What sort of SS can I get in Chem with a 72.5/75 on the midyear and say 72/75 on the end of year?

I'm guessing 45+ is just about gone.  Can't believe i screwed the chem exam up...especially when it was so fkn easy.

Not likely to be top 4 anymore.

thats just being arrogant if you said you screwed up your chem exam when you get 72.5/75 ...With a 72/75 at the end of year you would probably get a 44/45 which goes to 47/48. Are you saying you have 3 other subjects that are gonna be higher than 47?

really?

the way is see it, 145/150 on the midyear is basically sixth behind the people who got 146-150.  and i'm guessing there are a lot of people that did better than me.

@happyhappyland

and atm, i am hoping for good scores in methods and bio.

and also, i'll set my own standards thankyou :)

LOL. I've re-assessed my SS for Accounting (again!):

If I get:

GA 1: A (low-mid)

GA 2: A+ (mid-high) - pretty strong cohort.

GA 3: A+ (high)

WHAT sort of SS would I be looking at for Accounting... could I get 40 or higher with those grades?..

(ALSO, THANKS to anyone who replys to this... much appreciated!)

Thanks. :)

Yes, it should be quite easily achievable, with two HIGH A+s. I'd say it would max out about 43-44, not sure though.

Hey just wondering what I could get for French and Methods

French:
Sacs - Low to mid A
Oral - mid A
Written Exam - low to mid A

Methods:
Sacs - High A
Exam 1 - Low-Mid A+
Exam 2 - Mid A

Im a bit worried I wont even get over 33 for French... so any estimations would be great =]

I'd say for Accounting, you're looking at least a 45 as your SS. I'd say probs a 47~48... although you may well get a 50 with those grades. :P

I'm guessing 45+ is just about gone.  Can't believe i screwed the chem exam up...especially when it was so fkn easy.

Not likely to be top 4 anymore.

Exactly how I'm feeling for Physics. Spesh, Chem, Methods are looking like top 3 at the moment. I need 45 in Physics to surpass my Methods score... Very unlikely..

Thanks.  I get how you feel.  I'm not having a bitch or anything, but you work hard to prepare for an exam only to get stuffed over by ridiculous mistakes which nothing could prepare you for.

But yeah, we can just try hard in the next 10 weeks and  and try to elevate other subs into the top 4. :)

@matt123
And no, I am not aiming for a perfect ATAR, far from it.  I would like 99+ so I can possibly get into Med @ UQ.  So I need the best possible scores in everything because English and EngLang aren't exactly my strong points.

I don't really tolerate anything less than full marks, and whilst this is not always possible, it will always be my goal and i'll continue to strive for it.
